Cache Valley Assisted Living

Cache Valley Assisted Living & Memory Care Community provides assisted living and memory care in a residential setting. Before move-in, staff conduct an assessment to understand each resident's needs. Residents, family members, and staff then develop an individualized assistance plan together, with regular family conferences to adjust care as needs change.

The community offers three meals daily, 24-hour on-site staff, weekly housekeeping and linen service, all utilities except telephone, medication management, personal laundry service, cable television, emergency call systems, and assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other activities of daily living. Scheduled transportation is available. The facility includes a fire detection system and apartment maintenance.

Residents have access to structured activities including exercise classes, church services, music programs, arts and crafts, gardening, educational offerings, bingo, movies, and scheduled outings to shopping and local destinations.

The memory care program serves residents with Alzheimer's disease and related dementias. Care is based on each person's interests, abilities, and history, with activities designed to support cognitive, sensory, creative, and physical engagement throughout the day. Memory care residents receive the same meal and housekeeping services as other residents, plus health monitoring and modified meal options where needed. Staff assist with medication management, personal hygiene, bathing, and dressing. Transportation is scheduled as needed.
