's appointments Our registered nurse visits our consumers every 30-90 days to evaluate the services being provided. Our Office hours of operation are 8:30am-4:30pm, Monday through Friday. We are on-call 24 hours, 7 days a week Our Hours of Services are 24 Hours-7 days a week, 365 days a year.

Costs of Services varies depending on Service Agreement signed; self pay or through a state or county contracted agency.
