Our clients are cared for as we would care for our own family residents. Theresa Weber, LNA founded Caring Hearts of Sedona in 2003, after many years of providing hands-on care to seniors in nursing homes in Ohio and Arizona. Our caregivers and staff are professional, patient, and dependable. All employees of the Caring Heart’s team are carefully selected and trained. Serving Sedona, Village of Oak Creek, Verde Valley, Prescott, Prescott Valley and the surrounding areas. OUR SERVICES Hourly or continuous care from 4 to 24 hours a day, up to 7 days a week. Individual or Couples Care Available. *Private Pay, Private Long Term Care Insurance ex:(John Hancock, Metlife etc.) STANDARD CARE IADLs (Instrumental Activities of Daily Living) Light Housekeeping Laundry Meal Preparation Errands, i.E., Doctor’s Appointments, Social Events, Therapy, Shopping Companionship ADLs (Activities of Daily Living) Transfer Assistance Personal Care Bathing/Grooming Toileting Dressing Continence Feeding SPECIALIZED CARE Dementia/Alzheimer’s care Stroke care Parkinson’s care Post-Hospital care Hospice support Other AVAILABILITY Our offerings are provided within: Individual residences Assisted/Independent living facilities Group homes Skilled nursing facilities Hospitals WHY CHOOSE CARING HEARTS? Hiring an independent caretaker may be a less costly alternative but it leaves the client/family with many unwanted responsibilities - including payroll, taxes, liability for a worker’s injury, scheduling, and management.
