2) He was taken to a Dr appointment (taken by the nursing home van) where my mother was waiting on him at the Dr office.

Ohh the ice cream was now a milk shake!!! They do have new management, but staffing remains too short staffed for them to provide adequate care.

A nurse came and offered me water and calms me down and gave me a number to call to file a complaint that does not work.
