She was never provided with assistance with hygiene and personal cares! Very poorly staffed with high acuity of patient needs call lights are ignored.

Machines making noise constantly peoples alarms going off nobody around to help.

"The three weeks my relative was temporarily housed there for rehab after hospitalization they did not shower her the entire time, they would not answer their call button for longer than 1\/2 hour, she laid in her waste all night once, their PT does not schedule with the wing when they plan her session so if she is not ready they move on to the next person and try later and if you are still not ready, you miss your PT for that day, the doctor saw her once and would not consult with her primary doctor to see what meds she was on before coming there.
