About Cedarhurst Of Columbia
Cedarhurst of Columbia is an assisted living and memory care community located off Chapel Hill Road in a residential neighborhood near the University of Missouri. The campus spans 11 acres and sits within walking distance of Twin Lakes Park. The community includes 63 assisted living apartments and 34 memory care units.
Each resident receives a care plan developed with input from their family, physician, and the care team. For assisted living residents, staff help with tasks that become difficult with age while supporting residents' independence. The memory care program is designed for people with Alzheimer's disease or other dementias and uses a person-directed approach that centers on individual preferences and daily routines.
Couples can remain together if one partner needs memory care and the other needs assisted living only. Cedarhurst also operates a memory care day program for assisted living residents. The community maintains a Monarch Butterfly Sanctuary Garden on the grounds.

They had very poor communication.

From the beautiful exterior and wooded grounds, to the warmly grand entrance, lovely dining room, and incredibly spacious apartments filled with cheery natural light, it was clear that her worries had been replaced by excitement and the desire to move in \u201cright now!\u201d As wonderful as the structure is, it is, however, definitely not what takes top billing: the people of Provision Living are amazing.
