Some of the staff mocked him, shouted at him and generally belittled him.

The facility seemed very clean every time we arrived for a visit, and there were never any strong smells present in the hallways.

Every day is either ground meat, pasta or I don't know what.

We looked at several facilities in the area and we were happy with the quick turn around to get Mom home and able to walk up her front stairs after her stroke into her home.

EXPECT FOR THE PROBLEM NOT TO BE CORRECTED!Century Oak ADMINISTRATION defends the POOR CARE given to the patient by their staff! And lastly EXPECT that if you are TOO aggressive in your complaints and demand PROPER CARE with the threat of moving your loved one to another facility, to be told YOU ARE NO LONGER PERMITTED TO ENTER THE FACILITY, THAT IT IS PRIVATE PROPERTY AND THAT THEY WILL CONTACT THE POLICE! WOW HUH? That is what happened to my family over 16 months of MY FAMILY doing CENTURY OAKS JOB FOR THEM while they were being paid for the care of our loved one.
