"Was very displeased with their service They made no attempt to match caregiver with senior\u2014just threw a different body at the senior with dementia, every day \u2014 the senior couldn\u2019t keep up with different person each day Choice seemingly provided no training to the caregivers They stayed on their phones constantly, ate all the time, never did anything without being asked, even though there was a list Agency not responsive\u2014didn\u2019t answer calls or emails caregivers were late & upon arrival \u2014immediately sat down & ate the fast food they brought Agency provided caregivers in home".
