Christian Care Communities & Services – Allen Christian Care, in Allen, Texas is a member of the Christian Care Communities & Services family, which currently serves seniors in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. We are a faith-based, not-for-profit provider. Sunflower Cottages 22 open, one and two bedroom apartments with square footage ranging from 790 up to 1260 sq feet. Most cottages feature a covered porch, private patios, and a kitchen pantry. Three floor plans to choose from: The Frio (790 sq ft), The Brazos (1050 sq ft), The Rio Grande (1260 sq ft). Residents will also have Clubroom and Wellness Center access privileges.
