Christian Care Communities & Services - Allen

Allen Christian Care is a faith-based, not-for-profit senior living community in Allen, Texas, part of the Christian Care Communities & Services network serving the Dallas/Fort Worth area. The campus operates as a continuing care community with independent living (called Sunflower Cottages), assisted living (Primrose), and memory care (Bluebonnet Memory Care), plus home care and hospice services. Sunflower Cottages offers 22 one- and two-bedroom apartments ranging from 790 to 1,260 square feet, most with covered porches and patios.

Three floor plans are available: The Frio (790 sq ft), The Brazos (1,050 sq ft), and The Rio Grande (1,260 sq ft). Residents have access to a clubhouse, wellness center, beauty salon, creative arts room, restaurant-style dining, and game room. One meal per day is included; housekeeping and maintenance are provided, and WiFi is available in common areas.

Primrose Assisted Living has 32 private one-bedroom apartments with assistance available for medications, bathing, and other daily tasks. Three meals daily, weekly housekeeping and laundry service, transportation, utilities (except phone), and cable TV are included. A 24-hour attendant is on duty, and residents receive an activity calendar plus access to the wellness center.

Bluebonnet Memory Care has 34 studios serving people with Alzheimer's disease and related dementias. The community offers medication management, three daily meals, daily housekeeping, personal laundry service, and certified staff on duty around the clock. An LVN is available seven days a week.

Programming includes therapeutic and sensory activities, exercise, excursions, and spiritual enrichment. A respite room is available for short-term stays. All three communities offer scheduled activities and transportation.
