Churchill Estates offers independent living, assisted living, and memory care on a single campus. Independent living residents can choose from studio, alcove, and one- or two-bedroom apartments, some with full kitchens; others receive three meals daily in the dining room. Apartments are rented month-to-month with no buy-in fee.
Assisted living includes a studio or one-bedroom apartment, twenty-four-hour staffing, three meals daily, weekly housekeeping and laundry, access to a TV lounge and library, a beauty salon, activities, and scheduled transportation; additional care services are available based on individual needs. Memory care serves residents with Alzheimer's and other dementias, with focus on safety and maintaining as much independence as possible. Residents have access to specially trained caregivers and licensed nurses, assistance with daily activities, recreational programs, housekeeping, laundry, and medical transportation when needed.
The community maintains grounds and common areas including spaces for residents to relax.

There's just lots of space.

The vegetables were overcooked, there was a really small piece of meat for the main meal of the day, and they were not accommodating as the other facilities.

There was often visits from the high school music department where they would play music for the residents which I grandmother really enjoyed.

One of the most wonderful things they had was the band from the high school, they come over and they play 50s songs.
