Cinnamon Cove is a residential community offering private and semi-private rooms with furnished or unfurnished options. Common areas include a dining room, TV rooms, library, meeting room, front porch, and outdoor decks with a fenced yard. The facility covers over 1,600 square feet of shared space.

Room options include an emergency call system, local phone service, cable television, and Wi-Fi. Basic services include weekly housekeeping and linen service, three meals daily plus snacks, 24-hour supervised living, personal laundry, and room service during recuperation from illness or injury. The facility offers daily activities and programs aimed at physical, mental, and emotional engagement.

Special services available include medication management, personal hygiene assistance, mobility assistance, incontinence care, physical and occupational therapy, doctor's appointment scheduling, and podiatry, dermatology, and optometry visits. An on-site beauty shop is available. All staff members are trained in CPR, first aid, infectious disease control, bloodborne pathogen protocols, Alzheimer's disease care, resident rights, food safety, fall risk assessment, nutrition and hydration, emergency procedures, and elopement prevention.

Every staff member is a Certified Medication Technician, which the facility notes is critical since medication management is a primary reason residents move to assisted living. Both owners are State-Certified Administrators. The facility maintains an AED on-site with trained staff.

Emergency response time to 911 calls is typically under five minutes. The community honors DNR (do not resuscitate) orders.
