"Nursing always understaffed Dietary has people who don't care the man in charge I believe his name is Mark is always in his office playing games on his phone or computer if you try to talk to him you feel like you are nothing but bothering him I ended up pulling my MOM out of there and one nurse thee told me how to file a complaint with the state she said maybe that will help to get the place to change she asked me not to use her name as she needs her job".

the nurse even shed a tear and told us how they would miss her.

It is an older facility and is not very bright not enough sunshine.

Because my mother was pretty much in hospice the whole time she was there, we really didn't get involved in the activities, but there were quite a few.

I got so tired of the excuse of being undermanned during the shift, and then observing staff comparing \u201cselfies\u201d at the nursing station and generally screwing around.
