City Parc at Pine was originally built in 1959, but was recently renovated in 2014. Renovation turned our building’s interiors into a modern dream, updating all the living comforts and style to contemporary tastes while keeping the adorable retro outside architecture intact. We offer cute studios as well as spacious one- and two-bedroom units at our complex. All units are complete with huge closets, plenty of storage space, and sizeable bathrooms with a tub and shower. Wheelchair accessible showers are also available in some units. Our studios average 458 square feet, one-bedrooms average 713 square feet, and two-bedrooms average 879 square feet. All units are painted in a warm beige, with white craftsman-style trim and soft high-quality carpeting. We ensure that your furnishing and decorating will be complemented by our modern and polished spaces. Kitchens are contemporary and chic with dark cherry wood cupboards, hardwood floors, and up-to-date Energy Star appliances, including refrigerators, dishwashers, stoves, and microwaves. Not all units have full kitchens – studios have smaller kitchenettes. Residents will be pleased with their options for reasonably-priced apartments, and may even live with roommates if they desire. Units facing a variety of directions are available so the light will always be perfect for you. We are a thirteen story complex, and all of our upper levels have bright windows with amazing views of the city, and several of our units even include balcony patios. Each floor has elevator access for those with limited mobility, and ground floor units are also available. All units include heating and air conditioning, high speed internet, and satellite TV, and pets such as dogs and cats are welcome in resident rooms as well. Activities City Parc at Pine encourages socialization among friends and neighbors, and our complex offers specially-curated on-site happenings which provide a great opportunity to get to know one another. Residents can attend a game night in our activity center or a party in our community room. We love to host holiday celebrations and are always roomy to assisting our residents organize parties of their own.
