Clepper Manor

Clepper Manor is a continuing care retirement community offering 24-hour skilled nursing, post-hospital care, and post-surgical recovery for residents with complex medical needs. The facility provides outpatient therapy services for musculoskeletal conditions (back and neck strain, knee injuries), neurological deficits (including stroke recovery), post-surgical rehabilitation, orthopedic care, and work-related injuries. Therapy includes resistance training, weight-bearing exercises, balance and coordination work, and prosthetic or orthotic training.

After evaluation and testing, therapists develop and monitor home exercise programs. Physical, occupational, respiratory, and speech therapists are on staff. Environmental assessments are conducted in residents' homes following discharge to support transitions.

Respite care is available. The dietary department provides nutritionally balanced meals tailored to personal preference and physician orders, with therapeutic, enteral, and alternative nutrition options. Licensed social workers are available for ongoing evaluation and problem-solving assistance.

Recreation and activities are scheduled throughout the day and based on resident interests, including religious services, games, exercise classes, arts and crafts, music, and pet therapy. Lab and X-ray services are available on-site. Dental, pharmaceutical, optometry, podiatry, audiology, and cerumen removal services are arranged through local providers.

Pharmacists are on call 24/7. Daily housekeeping and laundry services are provided on each unit, with personal laundry service available seven days a week. Clepper Manor is Medicare and Medicaid certified and HMO certified.

The facility accepts most insurance carriers and worker's compensation. Insurance verification is provided before the first outpatient appointment.
