"I was a patient of Cobblehill Health Center, From September 19 until October 11 of 2016 I was transferred from Mount Sinai hospital I was in bad shape The staff put me on a program for proper dietary supplements and and physical rehab I improve drastically for the better I over to the find staff at Cobblehill Did ministry to Chris now the dietitian the folks in rehab everybody was great The maintenance staff work hard keeping the place clean every day that I was there Thank you Cobblehill Health Center, Mary Jo Social Worker Extension 152".
