Accommodations We accommodate our members, ages 50 years and older, with the best care as if they were our own family community members. They are welcomed by friendly faces that are trained to provide compassionate care to our senior members. Our community is designed with their comfort in mind within each of our one-story homes. Our uncomplicated floor plan allows community members to move freely within a safe, secure environment. Residents at Courtyard Manor, who wish relaxation, can do so within our beautifully landscaped courtyards as well as on our front porches. When searching for the best community to manage the types of behaviors listed below, skilled nursing may not always be the answer. Each of our four distinct buildings house 20 community members in which they are properly staffed to manage our community members' needs. In addition, we do offer one-on-one care at an additional cost if needed. We are also privileged to have both medical and psychiatric doctors available who can respond and help manage our community members' care needs 24 hours a day contributing to a decrease in hospital admissions of your loved one. Much like a family, our patient, hands-on employees spend a huge majority of time with your loved one and are trained to recognize changes in behavior and are involved in extensive training specifically related to those exhibiting disruptive behaviors, as well as those with dementia or Alzheimer’s. Staff longevity provides consistency in our members' daily routine and individualized care plans are designed for each resident based on their pre-admission assessment, which allows our community the acceptance of these special behaviors.
