Creekside at the Village is located on the Wexner Heritage Village campus and offers one- and two-bedroom apartments for independent and assisted living residents. Apartments include full kitchens, in-unit washer and dryer, cable TV, and utilities (except phone and internet). All units have emergency response systems and individually controlled heating and cooling.
On-site medical services include primary care, optometry, podiatry, audiology, radiology, clinical laboratory work, and outpatient therapy. Nursing care is available 24/7. The community offers two dining venues—The Oak Room for table service at breakfast and dinner, and Café Helen for casual lunch—plus a private dining room.
Additional services include housekeeping every other week, beauty and barber service, 24/7 security, free transportation to medical appointments, and a fitness center. A library with internet access, spiritual support through Jewish and Christian chaplains, and programming focused on wellness, fitness, culture, and social engagement are available to residents. Creekside residents have priority access to Wexner Heritage Village's broader services, including post-acute rehabilitation, memory care, and hospice. The community is a faith-based nonprofit welcoming residents of all faiths.
