We continue to offer this personal tradition of care to you and your family through home health care, rental and senior housing, human service program options, independent living services, and hospice care. Locations include Minnesota, Wisconsin, Maryland, and Arizona. We provide programs and services to seniors, people with traumatic brain injuries, children and adults who are medically fragile, individuals with physical and developmental disabilities, and those who need accessible rental housing.
It offers sunset villas, meadowview estates, golden oaks retreat, lakeside haven, willow creek lodge, pine ridge residences, harmony house, and rosewood gardens. Residents have access to 28 listed amenities and services spanning bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchen, living area, outdoor features, parking, pet-friendly, and technology.
