Cross Creek at Lee's Summit Cross Creek was built to provide the best possible space for our community members. Our life-enriching programs and happenings, coupled with our high standard of senior care, allow residents to continue to engage in the happenings they enjoy in a secure, fulfilling environment. Our President & CEO Jeff Smith's mother was diagnosed with Alzheimer's when Jeff was in his 40's. During this time, he learned how much the family of an individual with Alzheimer’s suffers, but that laughter can cure almost anything. Cross Creek at Lee’s Summit was developed and designed with Jeff's mother at the top of his mind, and he hopes to use the memory care community as a way to help individuals and families who are faced with the diagnosis of Alzheimer’s and memory-related disorders. What Makes Us Special Our vision is to serve our residents and their families by helping them achieve the highest level of physical and mental well-being. We specialize in resident-centered care, and our expert care staff uses state-of-the-art techniques to determine the best approach for each resident. These care programs enrich the lives of our community members while meeting their needs and encouraging them to keep doing what they love.
