I've never seen a porter come.

they are very under staffed.

She was not kept hydrated as was ordered by her physician and wound up in severe renal failure.

As I write this we are trying to get my dad home with home care.

only to be devastated by the decline of your loved one that enters in condition for rehabilitation and in too many cases exits via ambulance to an ER in critical condition.
