The staff is basically invisible and reluctantly react if you ask for assistance-that is if you can find anyone.

"Residents seem to be basically ignored-dressed inappropriately, groups of employees stand together and talk dont talk to residents or even acknowledge them Rooms are dirty not well kept have found the standard is unmade beds, dirty laundry in piles on floor, bathrooms not clean, residents not supplied with their daily equipment to function-glasses, hearing aids, canes, teeth-staff blames residents for losing these items and have no urgency or feel no need to supply them with their equipment they need for daily living staff more than content to allow them to struggle to see, hear, eat or walk with out their proper appliances-they charge more money but your loved ones arent getting any better care here than any where else".
