"Executive director and director of wellness seems to be a joke they are rude and extremely ignorant when it comes to care of the residents in this facility they give you nothing but excuses and blame others for problems that they as managers should make sure care is provided properly! The value of care and food is definitely not worth the price! I can never get through to the executive director or Director of wellness anymore they seem to be avoiding me which is a major problem!".
