About Eskaton Monroe Lodge
Eskaton Monroe Lodge is an independent living community on three acres near downtown Sacramento, about 10 minutes from shopping, restaurants, medical offices, and churches. The six-story building contains 100 apartments ranging from studios with kitchenettes to one-bedroom units with full kitchens and two bathrooms. All units have individually controlled heating and air-conditioning, large private storage, and cable-ready setup.
Utilities except telephone and cable are included in rent. The community offers three meal options daily in the dining room, with à la carte menus, tray service, and bag-meal preparation available. On-site amenities include a fitness center, beauty salon, guest rooms, laundry facilities, computer room, hobby workshop, and greenhouse garden.
Residents can participate in volunteer programs, travel outings, and guest speaker events. Twin elevators serve all floors, and wheelchair-accessible units are available.
