Even after complaining I had to leave and they still hadnt really cleaned the room, they seem to not be able to see the whole picture, one of the nurses said they arent allowed to touch the mice.

Now they have been giving us the run around, lying to us that he didn't pass the test then we later found out they never even gave it to him, and they keep changing the rules on what tests he needs every time we talk to them.
