The Five Oaks staff did an outstanding job caring for her and getting her to a point where she could function again.

Part of the problem was that their psychiatric provider did not see her for the first 10 days she was there & made no med changes that would have allowed her her to really wake up & function again.

The competence of the care was excellent and the Gerontologist and staff were available for questions and concerns.

From Admissions all the way to daily care, she was treated with dignity and respect as they would with their own family member.
