Was not advised of a 10 day isolation before sent so could go elsewhere.

I truly believe that this is something these nurses and staff members truly love, they treat their residents as if they were their own family, never once have I seen any residents unhappy or wondering the halls aimlessly looking for someone to assist them as I have directly witnessed at other facilities in the area.
