Unique to Franklin Park, the bridge apartments offer mild memory care for community members who benefit from person-centered care from licensed staff skilled in the treatment of dementia-related diseases. Mild memory members are physically able to do many tasks and happenings independently but may require some redirection and reminders. “Wander-guard” bracelets are available for loved ones who may be at-risk for exit-seeking and the bracelet will trigger an alarm if they exit the building. Floor plans and features are similar to assisted living apartments and include a designated outdoor piazza, dining room, living space and pantry.
