When my grandfather first went to Friendship Haven he couldn't walk by himself at all, and around Christmas 2010 his doctors said that he was about to die.

We sang to the residents on holidays and made arts and crafts with them.

While the staff are very dedicated and work very hard to do their best, the culture of Friendship Haven has changed drastically.

We haven\u2019t eaten there but I think the dining room is pretty good.
