The grounds outside are very well kept.

After I got her out of there, I took her to an orthopedic surgeon and she was diagnosed with a broken left shoulder.

On one occasion, he rang for help in the night, no one ever came, he wet himself and was left laying in it for three HOURS! Some of the staff was very helpful, especially a couple of the nurses, but there are not enough nurses\/CNAs to give appropriate care.

She not only explained the process for her facility, but also gave us excellent advice on the Medicare and Medicaid processes.

Come to find out she was out of oxygen and we don't now for how long.

After the move she rarely got out of bed.

The food is sketchy and the bathroom is deplorable I have asked this to be user friendly but seems to fall on deaf ears.
