About Garden Way
Garden Way is an all-inclusive retirement community for active adults near the University of Oregon in Eugene. The location offers convenient access to shops, restaurants, and local hospitals. The community is operated by Sunshine Retirement Living.
Residents choose from studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments with full kitchens. Monthly rent includes utilities, cable television, maintenance, and housekeeping. Pets are allowed. On-site amenities include a movie theater, spa, restaurant-style dining with a soup and salad bar, beauty salon, and a sports lounge. A Coca-Cola ice cream parlor is located on the grounds. The community offers daily activities and free transportation for residents.
Managers are on-site 24 hours a day. Residents have access to a wellness program and an optional travel program that visits 16 cities across seven states.

The thing that bothers me the most is the fact that they don't have washer and dryers in the apartments.
