Our offerings include independent living apartments, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing and rehabilitation, outpatient physical therapy, pharmacy services, adult day care that are all located on Geer’s lovely campus. In addition to Geer's offerings you will also find the Canaan branch of the YMCA here. Kristen Marie's cafe is also sizeable to the public for breakfast and lunch. Geer is a community of caring professionals who seek to nurture, treat, strengthen and refresh the minds, hearts, bodies and spirits of the aging and impaired people we serve.
