Golden Coast Senior Living – De Salle (#11) Al and Usha Villareal operate Golden Coast Senior Living. Golden Coast community members receive and benefit greatly from Usha Villarreal’s RN Nursing background. Michelle, Carissa and Michael lend a hand with the family owned and operated corporation Doctors provide home visits for Golden Coast members. Podiatrist visits our community members every six days.Ophthalmic and Dental Services are also available at all our facilities. X-ray and blood work can be done at the facility, these offerings are provided by outside providers and billed to the members health insurance. Physical therapy, Occupational therapy, Speech therapy and skilled nurse visits are ordered by the community members Doctor and provided to Golden Coast residents by carefully selected Home Health Agency. All Golden Coast Senior Living facilities are licensed as a Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE) for six members per house. The Licenses include Dementia and Hospice Waivers and each home is subject to review by Community Care Licensing at any given time. We invite you to come and tour our facilities and meet our staff and members. We offer 11 locations throughout Orange County. The homes are located close to hospitals, medical offerings, shopping, and senior community centers.
