About Golden Pond
Golden Pond is an independent, assisted living, and memory care community in Sacramento's Rosemont neighborhood, about 17 miles northeast of downtown via Highway 50 and Bradshaw Road. The campus includes older trees and a park area, with proximity to churches, shopping, and schools.
Apartments come furnished by residents with their own belongings—furniture, family photos, and personal items. Each unit has a full kitchen with stove, oven, refrigerator, garbage disposal, and storage. The community provides carpeting, mini-blinds, weekly housekeeping, and on-site maintenance. All apartments include emergency pull cords in bathrooms and bedrooms.
A registered nurse is on staff during business hours. Care staff are available 24 hours daily. The community conducts daily safety checks and maintains security cameras in common areas and outside the building.
Prospective residents and families can tour the community seven days a week, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. California requires a physician's report form for assisted living placement; Golden Pond provides this after a tour. Admission includes an assessment to determine which services may be needed, a month-to-month lease, and coordination with the community's moving team to plan the move.
It offers silver springs, golden meadows, sunset haven, maple grove, harmony hills, elderwood retreat, cedar ridge, willow creek, tranquil pines, and rosewood estates. Residents have access to 21 listed amenities and services spanning accommodation, dining options, event spaces, recreational facilities, water activities, wellness services, and wildlife viewing.
