It took at least 5 mins for someone to help him after pressing the call light.

It was just awful.

Then got sent back to the hospital to be told that if he hadn't been brought in he would have died.

6) At one point, staff ran out of our sister's pain meds and some of her other meds, so that she had to go without until they could get more.
