The campus spans 15 acres and includes 110 independent living apartments, 60 assisted living units, 24 memory care apartments, and 12 cottages. Apartments range from studios to two-bedroom units with two bathrooms (398–1,224 square feet).
The community offers month-to-month leases with no buy-in requirement. On-site amenities include a wellness center, salon, theater, demonstration kitchen, and one-third of the 200,000-square-foot building devoted to common areas. Apartments come with full kitchens, stackable washer-dryers, walk-in closets, individual climate control, walk-in showers with safety grab bars, patios or balconies, cable TV, and internet.
The community allows pets. A 24-hour concierge service is available, and parking includes 124 spaces plus 14 garages.

Clearly the work environment is not a good one, be it lack of training, poor pay, no benefits, possibly difficult chef, terrible shift schedules, or lack of leadership.
