All throughout my stay there the resident was giving me problems keeping her mask on and when I would ask the staff for help, they would ignore my requests.

Sometimes PM meds came after 10, whenever worked for them The facility is to big, and difficult to navigate.

My concern with Gurwin was specific to my sister; I felt that it was very crowded, larger than the other community we visited, and had a lot of movement with people congregating in the lobby or going and back forth with walkers.
