My grandmother is in the hospital hanging on by a thread because of their blatant neglect.

I live in England and like to speak to my aunt who's all alone since her husband passing , they answer the phone then put you on hold.

When I initially called, the front desk put me on hold and then when finally came back to the phone stated that my uncle was not in the facility, when he was! As you walk in the lobby, there are residents by the elevator asking people for cigarettes and the smell of cigarette smoke is overwhelming.

This caused a terrible cold for which she had to be treated.

My mother brought clothes by and voiced her concerns to the nurse who repeatedly rolled her yes and gave an attitude! Let\u2019s not forget my grandmother is a dialysis patient who requires a special diet they knew this upon taking her.
