Some of the staff is very friendly but they are some people there that are just collecting a pay check.

They have given my loved one foods that is not suppose to be given and has not been changed hours on end.

I cannot remember the name of our CNA, but she always had a smile on her face and clearly loved her job.

Even after expressing concerns with admissions, head nurses, and directors, no improvements occurred.
