"My husband was a rehab patient from a massive brain surgery in Dallas 40-45 days prior to coming to Harbor Lakes! We were there only 5 days out of 6 with 4 falls out of his wheel chair while left totally unattended, this with very fresh tender scars on his head! I immediately removed him from this place! I was never visited by the DON, stayed almost 18 hours daily with him and was a very easy contact.
