Harmony Care Home Memory Care Harmony Care Home is an alternative home where six residents will receive personalized care at a more intimate level. We will plan coordinate and facilitate appropriate activities that appeal to the resident throughout the day, including outings. Harmony Care Home is a residential facility committed to enrich the lives of seniors with dementia and Alzheimer's disease.

We strive to engage residents with meaningful activities while providing 24 hour quality care services. We believe in celebrating the dignity and individuality of each of our residents. We also provide a beautiful, safe, and warm environment to enhance lives and abilities of our residents.

We build strong relationships with our residents' histories, preferences, and strengths that will be used to develop customized care plans. We also provide an environment that is calming and pleasing that promotes optimum functioning potential of each and every resident. What Makes Us Special Mariateresa del Carpio is an RCFE Administrator, Nationally Certified Dementia Practitioner, and holds a BS Degree in Health Administration.

Teresa has managed memory care and assisted living communities in the bay area for 25 years. Her knowledge, experience and high standards in addition to her passion and commitment to senior care led her to start her own home care facility.
