Someone needs to understand that unless it's a couple in a room together, then permanent stay needs to be all single rooms, even if they must be tiny.

HH needs to work on being more client-centered and on their charges.

It has been an absolute nightmare to deal with these people from Director of Nursing to Social Work and don't try to contact the Administration in the place because you will not be able to talk to them.
