  The poorest management I have ever witnessed! This lady needs to learn respect and true compassion!!! Management limits activities and events! The residents pay and deserve better care and more attention than they receive.

  If something doesn't seem right with him they WILL NOT STOP until they have answers! The only time I had a concern I voiced it to a MT, the lady over resident care (unsure of title) called me before I was out of the parking lot inquiring to know more about my concern, she promised to have it handled before the days end, I got another call about three hours later and everything plus some had been handled.
