Heritage Manor of Ransomville Ransomville Manor Located in Niagara County, Ransomville Manor is a lovely facility set just minutes from the Lake Ontario shoreline. We offer all of our assisted living home residents a transportation system to and from the town of Ransomville, to various stores, and even to movie theaters. On-site, we offer workout rooms and various fitness programs for interested community members, as well as cooking courses, and even an organic garden right on our property. Assisted Living When making the decision to find a place to care for your elderly loved one, we understand that no one takes that decision lightly. You want to be sure they receive the right amount of care and can continue aging in place for as long as possible. Assisted Living Programs and Facilities in New York State are designed specifically to help individuals choose the location that they reside. These programs are very important to the community as they allow seniors to reside in a safe and supportive environment while preventing an unnecessary early discharge to a nursing home or other more advanced facility. We are very proud to offer an extremely comprehensive Assisted Living Program right here at Ransomville Manor. There are a wide plethora of program-specific benefits within our program. Each resident receives an individualized care plan, to be sure that the level of care and attention they are getting is adequate, and that their stay will be as long and as secure as possible. Our on-site Home Health Aides are extensively trained and will provide consistent care and support. We have a fully integrated call-bell system for our resident's convenience, as well as a sprinkler fire emergency system in every room for safety. We offer case management support to each of our residents as well, and our Director of Patient Services is a Registered Nurse (RN). For our aging population we have a resident-centered approach with access to a Gerontologist, Registered Nurse, Medications Manager, and dedicated Department Head team. This is complemented by regular weekly visits from Physicians, NP's (Nurse Practitioner's), therapists, and religious/spiritual advisers. Our residents are also comforted by our emergency call-bell system available in all rooms and bathrooms. We also have upgraded the fire safety system to include the most up to date fully-sprinklered 24-hour coverage. Our home also has an emergency generator available at all times. What Makes Us Special Our Assisted Living Facility offers a great number of benefits to members. We provide an environment that is much less restrictive than a more intensive facility such as a nursing home, which improves quality of life.
