Heritage Muskego

Heritage Muskego is a 108-unit community on Janesville Road that opened in 2018 and offers Independent Living, Assisted Living, Enhanced Assisted Living, and Memory Care. The community is designed to allow residents to transition between care levels as their needs change. Units include full kitchens (Independent) or kitchenettes (Assisted Living and higher), stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, private bathrooms with walk-in showers, and in-floor radiant heating.

Independent Living is available for residents 55 and older and includes scheduled outings, dining programs, a wellness program, and on-site amenities such as a fitness center, activity rooms, library, computer room, pool, salon, and pet-friendly options. Assisted Living provides up to 28 hours of tailored support per week, with full-time licensed nurses and 24/7 staff available. Care focuses on maintaining independence while addressing individual needs.

Common amenities at Assisted Living include dining rooms, rehabilitation facilities, therapy services, activity rooms, guest suites, and laundry services. Memory Care is tailored for residents with dementia or Alzheimer's disease and includes assessment upon admission, 24/7 specialized staff, full-time licensed nurses, medication management, three meals daily with personalized nutrition programs, coordinated activities, and safety features such as secured access and sensory alarms. Staff receive ongoing training in memory care, and caregivers work closely with nurses and residents' physicians.

The building includes interior garden courtyards and a simplified layout designed to reduce confusion.
