Heritage Village Assisted Living Welcome to Heritage Village Assisted Living and Senior Care, a unique community consisting of eight individual custom homes on a five acre parcel of land in Northeast Mesa, Arizona. Each home is 6,500 square feet in size with sixteen private rooms and private bathrooms. The “home-like environment” and the limited number of members in each home provides a warm, comfortable, peaceful, life style for our residents. Our community provides care and services for members requiring assistance with “Activities of Daily Living”. Residents may only require “limited assistance” while others may require “acute care assistance”. With eight individual custom homes we have the flexibility of placing compatible community members together within each home. Residents that require minimal care will enjoy their home with other’s with similar healthcare needs. Residents that suffer from the effects of Memory Loss, Alzheimer’s Disease, or Dementia will share home-like environments that specialize in those disorders. We are in our 30th year as owners and operators of Assisted Living communities and considered one of the original pioneers in the industry.
