You can't get ANY help from the front desk, they avoid any eye contact, when asked anything, they don't have a clue.

Lost weight even when we said she needs help eating and can't feed herself.

The administrators there I think have gone overboard to help in transitions by making phone calls, and talking with me to help in anyway they can.

5 different people told me they would assure I got a call of some sort, and no contact was ever made.
