It was like pulling teeth to get a copy of the patient billing from admittance to release, so we could go over the billing with a fine tooth comb and make sure we were billed correctly.

If you were to talk with the residents, they will tell you- yes, the building is older, but the care is great, the food is good and there are always alternative food items as we have an \"anytime menu\" where you are able to choose from an array of various foods eg all types of sandwiches, soups, salads and other items.

I think the negative comments I've read are from individuals who do not truly understand the definition of rehab.
