Home Care Assistance is a non-medical home care agency based in Raleigh, NC. We employ both Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to assist our clients in their own homes for as long as possible, while treating them with the dignity and respect that they deserve. This focus has allowed us to operate as North America's preferred brand in home care while maintaining an intimate and personal rapport with each of our clients and their families.

Our caregivers offer gentle assistance with showering/bathing, dressing/grooming, healthy diet meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, transportation to and from appointments, shopping, socializing, exercising, etc. Every one of our experienced, compassionate caregivers is fully screened, bonded and insured. Unlike many other agencies, we do not only do a one-time background screen at hire.

We do an annual background check, which includes a Department of Motor Vehicle screen each year. Our CEO, Jaleh Neshat, opened Home Care Assistance about 13 years ago after having the opportunity to care for her own family member. During that time, Jaleh realized the need for quality home care services in the area.

Our staff is available for emergencies 24 hours a day, 365 days per year and you will always speak with a 'live' person.
