There were also options for the different housing needs.
- 4.0- thoughtfultraveler49
My mom is independent still, so the independent subdivision homes were perfect in terms of ability to live by yourself and still has a little bit of outdoor.
- 5.0- brownlight98

Pricing was ok.

They had a swimming pool built in the last couple of years.
- 4.0- coastallight43
There were condo-like attached homes, some with basements, which were really nice.
- 1.0- lightcolleague12
The building itself is run-down and depressing; think eighties beige and brown with low ceilings.
- 1.0- chilledastronaut77
No wheelchairs allowed in the \"memory care\" building so to take a resident out for a walk, you have to bring your own.
