Emporia was also the first city to recognize' Veteran's Day.'
We have a very loving and dedicated staff and we honor our veterans. Our staff is there to meet the physical and medical needs of our residents. Our Manager is on duty at the front desk and maintenance is always there to fix your problems in a hurry. For emergencies that are physical, security and medical we have a stellar security team on staff twenty four hours a day and seven days a week for our community residents. Our staff brings security and safe living to Horizon Plaza Apartments.
Horizon Plaza Apartments has a state of the art gym for residents to come and socialize, exercise and enjoy keeping fit. Monday, Wednesday and Friday are our regular gym times and once every month a blood pressure check is scheduled at gym time to ensure that our residents keep themselves in top shape for fun living. We also reserve space for residents with disability. Some of our Apartments are designed just for those who are mobility impaired
Church Service Every Wednesday Night Thursday Night Community Fun Night Saturday Bingo Night Bible Studies on Tuesday and Wednesday night In our community seniors can have the fun and activity schedule they love with affordable subsidized housing.
